摘要
随着我海军使命任务的不断拓展,海军士官迫切需要提高以外语为标志的跨文化交际能力。在海军士官中构建外语水平测试制度,可以有效地解决这个问题。文中从分析海军士官外语教学面临的新形势入手,探讨了构建海军士官外语水平测试制度的迫切性和必要性,海军士官外语水平测试制度的目标定位、标准定位、构建原则以及与外语教学的有效衔接。
With the rapid development of information technology and the expansion of communication and cooperation between PLAN and foreign navies, the foreign language proficiency of petty officers has become essential to the enhancement of military power. This paper has focused on the construc- tion of a foreign language proficiency test system for petty officers, which is supposed to have a push- ing effect on foreign language teaching. In this way, petty officers＇ foreign language proficiency can be improved and their cross-cultural awearness and abilities can be raised through training.
