摘要
萤石本身自然可浮性较好,受钨浮选高碱条件抑制,可浮性变差。为使萤石恢复可浮性,现场采用硫酸中和活化法,但耗酸量大,生产维护困难。试验研究发现,对萤石给矿进行浓缩再磨等预处理,能有效恢复萤石可浮性,减少硫酸和捕收剂药剂用量,选矿指标好,可获得萤石精矿品位93.28%、回收率76.66%的试验指标。
Fluorite has a good natural floatability, but duo to tungsten flotation under high alkalinity condition, the fluorite mineral was depressed and the floatability decreased. In order to resume the floatability of fluorite, the method of neutralization by adding a large amount of sulfuric acid was adopted to activate the inhibited fluorite mineral in the operating plant, which has the disadvantages of large quantity of acid consumption and difficulty in operation maintenance. It is found that the floatability of fluorite could be resumed by the methods such as thickening of the fluorite feed and regrinding of the fluorite feed. and it could also reduce the quantity consumption achieved, the fluorite concentrate grading of sulfuric acid and collector. Finally good separation index was 93.28% was obtained with recovery of 76.66%.
