摘要
目的了解知情同意书质量问题,为对策制定提供参考。方法对2011年第一季度出院的353份手术病案中的知情同意书进行回顾性分析。结果知情同意书共计1 070份,存在缺陷466份,缺陷率为43.6%。产科及一般项目缺陷率较高。结论医务人员在履行告知义务时,应明确告知主体,良好沟通,恰当告知,并加强质量监控。
Objective To discuss the deficiencies of informed consent form to improve the quality of medical records and reduce medical tangle. Method Retrospective analysis of the informed consent forms of 353 operation records in the first quarter of 2011. Result In the 1070 informed consent forms, 466 copies had defects with defect rate of 43.6%. The defects rate in obstetrical department and general items was high. Conclusion During informed consent process, medical staff should talk to the subject clearly, keep good communication and strength quality control.
