摘要 横梁的静动态特性对工件的几何精度和表面质量有重要影响,为获得具有较好静动态特性的横梁结构,在横梁材料、外部尺寸、壁厚、筋板厚度相同的条件下,仅改变筋板的类型,设计了四种横梁结构;运用有限元分析软件分别对其进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到了四种横梁的最大位移变形量和前六阶模态频率及振型;结果表明:V型结构横梁的总位移变形量最小,为27.6μm,一阶模态频率为102.2Hz,具有较好的静动态特性,是最优设计方案;为横梁的结构设计提供了理论依据。 The static and dynamic characteristics of the beam has important influence on work piece geometry precision and surface quality, in order to obtain better characteristics of static and dynamic of the beam structure, in the beam material, external dimensions, wall thickness, reinfarcing plate thickness of the same conditions, only changes reinforcing plate type, designs the four different beam structures; the statics and the modal were analyzed by using the finite element analysis software, finally getting the maximum displacement deformation of four kinds of beams and modal frequency of the first six stages. The analysis results show that the minimum of the overall displacement deformation V type reinforcing plate structure beam is 27.6μm, and first stage modal frequency is 102.2Hz, which has better static and dynamic characteristics, and it is the most optimal scheme, for designing of the beam structure provides theoretical basis.
