摘要 为了研究温度对电连接器的影响及其影响程度,引入了等效电阻,对电连接器的温度场进行仿真分析,得出电连接器的温度场分布图,并且得出电连接器接触表面的最高温升约为23.2℃;通过对电连接器的温度-结构耦合场进行仿真分析,得出由温度引起的热变形对接触应力的影响较小以及温度对电连接器的影响主要体现在金属表面的氧化速率上的结论;通过建模及理论分析得出电连接器在温度应力作用下的失效物理过程及方程,为电连接器的可靠性设计领域开辟了新思路。 In order to study the influence and degree of the temperature on the electrical connector structure model, the simulation analysis of temperature fteld was done for electrical connectors by the introduction of the equivalent resistance, and the temperature field distribution of the electrical connectors was achieved, and the highest temperature of the surface of electrical connector can arrive to 23.2~C ; by the simulation analysis based on temperature - structure coupling field for the electrical connector, the thermal deformation caused by the temperature has little effect on the contact stress, and the impact of temperature on the electrical connector is mainly reflected in the rate of oxidation of the metal sulface ; the failure physical process of the electric connector was drawn under temperature stress through the model and theory analysis for the electrical connector, and reliability growth program of the electrical connector was achieved under the temperature influence, and a new method is arrived for the reliability of the electrical connector design.
