摘要
以硬质阳极氧化工艺方法改善铝合金材料表面性能为目的,首先概述了硬质阳极氧化工艺的发展概况,然后比较详细地分析了铝合金硬质阳极氧化膜的结构成分、特点、封闭后处理;最后研究了铝合金材质在硬质阳极氧化时的需考虑的影响因素、工艺要求和性能要求,并以铝合金液压阀岛的零件为例对其进行硬质阳极氧化的工艺分析,得出了具体的硬质阳极氧化的工艺流程,这对铝合金材质的其它零件应用硬质阳极氧化工艺方法提供了有意义的参考价值。
A purpose of improving surface prosperities of aluminum alloy material with the anodizing process was discussed here. Firstly, the general development of hard anodizing process was summarized, and then detailed respectively analyzed the structural components, characteristics and sealed up after processing of the hard anodizing process for aluminum alloy. Finally, the impact factors, process requirements and performance requirements of the hard anodizing process for aluminum alloy material were also researched in detail And made the parts of aluminum alloy hydraulic valve island as an example to analyze its hard anodizing process, and obtained the special technological process of hard anodizing oxidation. This analysis provides a meaningful reference value for the application of other aluminum alloy material parts in hard anodic oxidation process.
