东北虎迁地保护过程中旅游经营策略的SWOT分析 被引量:2

摘要 运用SWOT分析方法,以中国横道河子猫科动物饲养繁育中心为研究对象,对中国开展东北虎迁地保护过程中开展观赏旅游的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行了比较系统的分析,以期建立一个以东北虎迁地保护为主题,同时将东北虎观赏、虎文化、科普教育、东北虎基础生态学研究、东北虎野化训练、东北虎野外放归等作为多元化发展策略。建立以东北虎保护为目标,以旅游经营为途径,最后实现"以虎养虎"的有效的迁地保护模式。该保护模式将为东北虎保护提供资金支持,为人工饲养东北虎的野化生存积累宝贵经验,为东北虎的迁地和就地保护提供科学依据。 With the method of SWOT analysis, a comprehensive analysis we made on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tiger watching tourism during the process of ex-situ conservation of Siberian tiger in China Hengdaohezi Felid Raising and Breeding Center. An effective ex-situ conserva- tion mode should be established to get Siberian tiger ex-situ conservation, and at the meantime, tiger watching tourism, tiger culture transmission, scientific popularization and education, Siberian tiger basic ecological research and Siberian tiger training and returning to the wild were focused on to achieve the goal of "feed tiger by tiger itself" through management of ecotourism. This new conservation pattern would provide funds for Siberian tiger conservation, and gain more valuable experience on captive tiger returning to wild, and accumulate basic science materials for ex-situ and in-situ conservation of Siberian tiger.
