摘要
智能植物组培箱包括由采集、传输和显示处理模块组成的监测单元,以及由模拟装置和控制模块组成的模拟单元。监测单元实现对组培箱内植物环境信息的采集、传输、处理和显示;利用大功率LED、低温电热膜、半导体制冷片设计了光照/加温/降温模拟装置,控制模块实现对模拟装置的"智能下位"和"远程上位"控制。该组培箱操作方便、性能稳定、扩展性强,市场应用前景广阔。
The intelligent plant tissue cuhurebox consists of monitoring unit including collection, transmission, processing and display modules, and control unit including analog device and control module. Monitoring unit achieves the functions including collection, transmission, processing and display of environmental information of plant in tissue culturebox. Analog device is designed by high-power LED, low temperature electric heating film and semiconductor refigeratin piece, to achieve the functions of lighting, heating and cooling. Control module is used to realize the remote control and intelligent inferior control of temperature, humidity and light. This design has broad market prospect with simple circuit, stable performance and very scalable.
