摘要
在原GMS1型迈克耳孙干涉仪基础上设计了数字式激光干涉仪,结构由抗震动隔离调节器和激光干涉条纹计数器组成,可达到在明亮室内进行实验测试,可排除机械振动干扰、环境杂散光的干扰、空气流动干扰、光源的波动及多次反射产生的干扰和电干扰,自动而准确地记录干涉环数目.该装置具有抗干扰性、实用性以及通用性强等特点.
A digital laser interferometer was designed on the basis of original GMS1 Michaelson interferometer. The structure consisted of vibration isolating regulator and laser interference fringe counter. It could work in bright situations, could eliminate interferences of mechanical vibration, en- vironment stray light, air flow, the fluctuation of the light source, multiple reflection and electricity. It could also record interference ring number automatically and accurately. The device bad the advan- tages of anti-interference, practicality and versatility.
