摘要
创业孵化器作为一条连接社会与学校的纽带,可让学生迅速接触并融入社会,为学生的自主创业奠定坚实基础。以A大学注册成立的某创业公司为研究对象,运用问卷调查和访谈法进行研究,探讨了科技创业孵化器对大学生创业的绩效影响。依据调查结果,针对该创业公司的经营模式、成效及问题进行了分析并提出建议,以促进大学生更好地就业和创业。
Incubator as a connecting link with the school community, students can quickly contact and social integration for students to lay a solid foundation for their own businesses. In this paper, a University A start-up company incorporated as the research object, using questionnaires and interviews to conduct a study to explore the science and technology business incubator impact on the performance of business students. And the analysis of the questionnaire based on the results for the venture company＇s business model, as well as the effectiveness of existing problems analysis and recommendations to facilitate the students to promote employment and entrepreneurship.
