摘要
文章探讨了 SO3对阿利特 -硫铝酸盐水泥熟料矿物形成及性能的影响。结果表明,适量的 SO3可改善生料的易烧性,促进 f- CaO的吸收,保证 C4A3S的形成并使水泥的强度提高;当 SO3含量较高时,则不利于 C3S的形成,熟料中 f- CaO升高,水泥的强度降低; SO3含量较低时,水泥的强度低且快凝。
This article explores the influence of SO3 on the formation and properties of SO3 on properties of Alit sulphate- aluminate cement clinker minerals.The result shows that appropriate SO3 content could improve the burnability of the raw meal, promote the absorption of the fcao , and ensure the formation of C4A3S, so as to increase the cement strength; high SO3 content is unfavorable to the formation of C3S, and the in the clinker will be increased leading to a lower cement strength, while low SO3 content will result in low cement strength and rapid setting.
