摘要
目的明确某水泥厂建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病防护措施及其效果,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,结合调查结果,对该水泥厂职业病危害现状作出综合评价。结果该厂产生的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、粉尘、SO2、NO2,多数噪声接触岗位和粉尘接触岗位符合相应国家卫生标准,2类化学物接触浓度均符合相应的卫生标准。结论该厂对生产工艺过程及生产环境中可能产生的职业病危害因素,分别采取了相应的防护措施,且防护效果基本达到相应的卫生要求。该厂有比较完善的职业卫生管理制度和职业健康监护资料,职业卫生管理体系能有效地运行。
[ Objective ] To identify the occupational hazards of the construction project in a cement plant, to analyze the degree of harm and the impact on workers'health, to evaluate occupational protection measures and their effects, and propose appropriate occupational disease control measures. [ Methods ] A comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazards was performed in this plant through field investigation and occupational health tests to collect data and information. [ Results ] The main occupational hazards generated were noise, dust, SO2 , NO2 , and most of the noise exposure positions and dust exposure positions were in line with the national health standards, the exposure concentration of the 2 kinds of chemicals met the corresponding health standards. [ Conclusion] Appropriate protection measures against the potential occupational hazards in production process and environment have been adopted, and the protection effect basically meets the hygiene requirements. This plant has a comprehensive occupational health management system and occupational health surveillance data, occupational health management system is in an effective operation.
