摘要
目的:观察诺舒与热球子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血的疗效,以供临床参考。方法:以2010年5月～2012年4月在我院接受治疗的异常子宫出血患者105例为研究对象,进行随机分组。A组接受诺舒子宫内膜去除术治疗,B组接受热球子宫内膜去除术治疗。术后随访1年,观察两组患者总有效率和术后并发症的差异。结果:两组患者总有效率比较,无显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。与A组相比较,B组术后并发症发生率明显较高,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用诺舒与热球子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血均可获得满意的临床疗效,其中诺舒子宫内膜去除术术后并发症少,安全性高,具有更大的优越性。
Objective： Observe NovaSure and thermal balloon endometrial ablation for treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding,for clinical reference.Methods： Choose 105 cases in May.2010 to Apr.2012 as research object,randomly grouped.Group A received NovaSure,group B received thermal balloon endometrial ablation.1 year later,observe the difference of 2 groups in total effective rate and postoperative complications.Results： Total efficiency of 2 groups has no statistical difference（P0.05）.Compared with A group,incidence of postoperative complications was higher in B group,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Curative effect of NovaSure and thermal balloon endometrial ablation for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding can get satisfactory,NovaSure has less complication,higher safety,has more advantage.
