进展性脑梗死48例动态血压分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析进展性脑梗死患者动态血压变化与病情进展的关系。方法对2011年10月~2012年12月我科住院的48例早期进展性脑梗死患者及同期住院的50例非进展性脑梗死患者入院后24h动态血压监测结果进行比较。结果进展性脑梗死组与非进展组在24h血压、夜间血压、夜间血压/白天血压比值等方面对比有显著性差异(P〈0.05);两组白天血压对比统计学无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论脑梗死患者急性期动态血压异常可能是脑梗死进展的原因之一。 Objective To analyze the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure and progression of acute cerebral infarction patients' condition. Methods Retrospectively analyze the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure changes of 48 patients who were hospitalized inour department from October 2011 to December 2012 with early progressive cerebral infarction, and 50 other patients who were hospitalized in the same period with non-progressive cerebral infarction. Results 24-hour blood pressure, nighttime blood pressure, nighttime/daytime blood pressure ratio of progressive cere- bral infarction group show statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P 〈 0.05), while daytime blood pressure doesn't show statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Abnormal ambulatory blood pressure changes of cerebral infarction patients in acute stage might be one of the factors which lead to progression of cerebral infarction.
