摘要
针对现场总线控制系统的固有缺陷,设计并实现了一种以AT91RM9200-32位微处理器为核心,兼有多个以太网接口和现场总线接口的嵌入式网络控制器,建立了基于Windows CE的嵌入式软件开发平台。嵌入式网络控制器应用于数控系统中,通过CAN总线与DSP配合,提高了系统的实时性和可靠性,实现了远程分布式测控和通讯的目的。
Aimed at the inherent deficiencies of fieldbus control system,this paper designed and implemented a kind of embedded network controller with AT91RM9200 which is a 32bits microprocessor,both multiple Ethernet interfaces and field bus interface for embedded network controller.It established a Windows CE-based embedded software development platform.Embedded network controller was used to the CNC system,matching CAN bus and DSP,it improved the system to timeliness and reliability,realized the remote distributed measurement and control and communication purposes.
