摘要
如何缓解黑颈鹤保护与经济发展及农业实践的矛盾,成为当前西藏社会发展的重要问题之一。本文从弄清楚当地农业生产、发展和野生动物保护两方面的具体要求入手,通过实地调研和认真分析,提出促使黑颈鹤保护与农业生产协调发展的六条有效途径。
Abstract： It has already became one of the important questions in Tibet＇ s current social development that how alleviates the contradiction between the protection of Black - necked Cranes （ Grus nigricoUis） and the economical development by agricuhural practice. This article starts from clarifying the develop- ping requests of the local agricultural production and wild animals protection, and investigates and analy- ses the relationship between the two aspects, then proposes six effective ways to precipitate the coordina- ted development of Black - necked Cranes conservation and agricultural production in middle reaches ofyarlung zangbo river natural reserve.
