摘要
为了了解乌鲁木齐羊肉抓饭的经营状况,为新疆羊肉抓饭的发展提供合理建议和参考,促进新疆特色餐饮业的发展,本文对所调查的乌鲁木齐市166家销售羊肉抓饭的餐饮门店经营现状进行了统计分析。调查发现,羊肉抓饭在乌鲁木齐市的经营分布较广,但目前的经营中依然存在一些问题。
In order to understand the state of business of lamb Polo in Urumchi, put up reasonable suggestions for the popularity of Xnjiang lamh Po- lo, and promote the development of the characteristic catering in Xinjiang, this article investigated the operating status of 166 restaurants serving lamb Polo in Urumqi, based on it, the statistical analysis is conducted. According to the investigation, it is found that although lanlb Polo is widely served in the catering industry of Urumqi, and there are a lot of problems exist in the business.
