The effects of Ca^(2+) ,La^(3+) on fruit setting of apple

摘要 直接向‘富士’、‘新红星’苹果花序喷布 1、10mmol·L-1CaCl2 和 0 1、0 5mmol·L-1LaCl3 后 ,除 0 1mmol·L-1LaCl3 和 10mmol·L-1CaCl2 分别降低‘富士’苹果坐果率和缩短雌蕊的寿命外 ,其它均不能显著改变苹果的坐果率和雌蕊的寿命。离体花粉培养证明 ,高浓度CaCl2 、LaCl3 The experiment was carried out by spraying clusters with mmol·L -1 ,10mmol·L -1 CaCl 2 and 0.1 mmol·L -1 ,0 5 mmol·L -1 LaCl 3 in ‘Fuji’and ‘Starkrimson’apples. The results showed that there were not significant difference among various treatments about fruit-setting rate and the life span of pistils, except that 0.5 mmol·L -1 LaCl 3 and 10 mmol·L -1 CaCl 2 reduced respectively fruit setting rate and life span of pistils in ‘Fuji’apple. The results from pollen incubation in vitro that the pollen germination and pollen tube growth were markedly inhibited by the higher concentrations of Ca 2+ and La 3+ .
