摘要 围绕煤矸石在高温材料领域的应用和研究现状,概述了煤矸石的分类、化学组成及主要矿物成分高岭石的结构特征。分析了煤矸石经过氧化和非氧化气氛下的高温煅烧过程和反应机理,可以充分利用煤矸石中Al2O3、SiO2、有机碳三种主要成分合成耐火材料和陶瓷。阐述了煤矸石通过碳热还原氮化反应合成Saloon材料及其Sialon复相材料的研究成果和进展,为煤矸石的综合利用、提高产品附加值和品位提供了一个重要途径和研究方向。 Around the investigative progress of coal gangue used as high temperature materials, there is a summary about the classification and chemical composition of coal gangue as well as structure characteristics of the main mineral composition in kaolinite. The high temperature calcinatory process and reactive mechanism of coal gangue in an oxidation atmosphere or non-oxidation atmosphere have been analysed. Some refractory and ceramics can be synthesized by full using of the three dominant ingredients Al2O3, SiO2 and organic carbon in coal gangue. The investigative progress of coal gangue used in synthesizing Sialon materials or Sialon muhiphase materials by carbothermal reduction and nitridation method (CRN) are expatiated, which offers an important way and investigative area for comprehensive utilization of coal gangue to prepare high value-added product and enhance the quality of materials based coal gangue.
