摘要
本文介绍了一种无碱液体速凝剂的性能特点,通过凝结时间和强度测试,重点研究了该速凝剂对不同种类的适应性问题,以及环境温度对速凝剂性能的影响,并且结合化学分析的方法分析了速凝剂的促凝机理。研究表明:该速凝剂对水泥具有良好的适应性,在合适掺量下,水泥初凝时间不超过5 min,终凝时间不超过10 min,并且对水泥后期强度发展无不利影响,28 d强度比均大于95%。环境温度对速凝剂的效果影响显著,温度提高有利于缩短凝结时间,提高强度。化学分析表明,速凝剂的加入促进了钙矾石等矿物的形成,使得液相中钙离子的浓度降低,结合水和氢氧化钙含量增多。
The properties of liquid state alkali-free setting-accelerator were introduced in this paper. The adaptability of the accelerator to different cements and the effect of ambient temperature on performance of the agent were discussed. Besides, the mechanism of quick-setting admixture was studied by the methods of chemical analysis. Results of property test showed that the best content of setting-accelerator varies from different types of cement. The setting-accelerator could shorten initial setting time and final time of Portland cement no more than 5 min and 10 rain respectively, has no adverse impact on the later and the retaining rate of 28 d compressive strength strength is higher than 95%. Performance of the accelerator is stable under different temperatures, and higher temperature could improve the quick-setting effect. In addition, this setting-accelerator could promote the generation of the hydration products of calcium ion, so that the calcium ion concentration decreased, but the content of bound water and sodium hydroxide increased.
