摘要
本文研究了不同比例的硅酸盐、硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系超轻泡沫混凝土的凝结时间和抗压强度,并对一定比例的硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥超轻泡沫混凝土与纯硅酸盐水泥、纯硫铝酸盐水泥超轻泡沫混凝土进行了孔结构对比研究与性能测试。结果表明:硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥混合制备的超轻泡沫混凝土,具有凝结硬化快、孔径小而均匀、抗压强度高、保温隔热性能好的特点。
This paper investigated the properties of ultra-light roam concrete Hmu with different proportion. The setting time of mixture and the compressive strength of foam concrete were tested. And the pore structure of foam concrete made with certain proportion of Portland cement and sulpho-aluminate cement, pure Portland cement and pure sulpho-aluminate cement were respectively studied. The results showed this ultra-light foam concrete based on the mixture of Portland cement and sulpho-aluminate cement was characterized by fast setting and hardening, small and uniform pore structure, high compressive strength as well as excellent thermal insulation.
