摘要
基于铁磁性材料的磁力学特性,设计了一种基于磁检测的煤矿提升机钢丝绳无损检测方法,阐述了检测原理,重点介绍了基于单片机的系统设计、金属疲劳、外部磨损与内部锈蚀、断丝等不同类型钢丝绳缺陷的辨别方法,通过实际应用,对比了该无损检测方法与传统人工检测的检测效果,证明了该设计能极大提高钢丝绳检测效率。
A kind of nondestructive testing method of magnetic inspection of coal mine hoist rope was designed based on the characteristics of the ferromagnetic materials magnetics, some important details were introduced in this paper, such as: the detection principle, the system based on single chip design, metal fatigue, external and internal corrosion, and wear broken wires of different types of wire rope defects distinguish method. The effect of nondestructive testing method and the traditional artificial detection were compared through the practical application, it proved the design can greatly improve the efficiency of wire rope inspection.
