摘要 设计出一套水果品质分级系统,可以实时检测水果的大小、颜色、形状和缺陷等信息;再根据国家标准进行分级,实现了传送带上水果的相关品质的实时检测、连续跟踪、水果等级信息的连续动态配准以及水果品质分级的自动控制。该系统主要包括动态水果图像的采集、分级系统的软硬件组成以及自动控制功能的实现,还包括组态王与PLC的通信、组态王与MATLAB的OPC通信以及组态王界面的设计等。经实际运行表明,该系统基本达到了对动态图像实时采集和分级控制的精度要求,能够实现对水果的实时检测和分级。 An automatic fruit quality grading system was presented,which can inspect the fruit size,color,shape and defect and some other information based on its appearance,then its quality are graded according to the national standard.The system can detect and trace continuously the dynamic information of fruit on the conveyer of the grader,and register dynamically the fruit grade information with the real-time inspection,and control automatically the fruit discharging process.The system consisted of dynamic fruit image capturing,the implementation of the chierarchy system software and hardware,automatic control function,and including the communication between KingVIEW and PLC,the OPC communication between MATLAB and KingVIEW and the interface design with KingVIEW.Operation process of the system is analyzed,and practical performance shows the system has basically met the requirements of the dynamic real-time image acquisition,hierarchical control,real-time detection and classification of fruit.
