摘要
目的探讨参灵扶正胶囊联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)治疗艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者或艾滋病(AIDS)患者的临床疗效。方法将60例HIV/AIDS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予参灵扶正胶囊及HAART,对照组给予HAART,两组均治疗6个月,观察两组临床疗效、常见毒副反应发生情况、生存质量积分及其他不良反应。结果治疗组有效30例,对照组有效29例,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后生存质量积分中生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、总体健康状况和总体生存质量评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后独立性领域、总体健康状况和总体生存质量评分与治疗前比较明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后生理领域、心理领域、总体健康状况和总体生存质量评分治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者出现了恶心(或呕吐)、头痛、疲乏、眩晕、腹泻、腹胀、肝功能异常和骨髓抑制;对照组患者出现了恶心(或呕吐)、疲乏、眩晕、腹泻、腹胀、皮疹、肝功能异常和骨髓抑制,治疗组恶心(或呕吐)、疲乏发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参灵扶正胶囊联合HAART治疗HIV/AIDS患者,能够提高患者生存质量,减少恶心(或呕吐)、疲乏等毒副反应的发生。
Objective To research the therapeutic effect of Shenling Fuzheng Capsule ~right-supporting capsule of Dangshen （Radix Codonopsis） and Lingzhi （Ganoderzna）] combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） on 60 cases of human immunodeficiency virus infection/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （HIV/AIDS）. Methods Sixty cases of HtV/ AIDS were randomized to the treatment group and control group, with 30 in each. The treatment group was given Slqenling Fuzheng Capsule and HAART. The control group was given HAART. The treatment lasted for 6 months. The therapeutic effect, common adverse reactions, quality of life （QOL） and renal function were observed in both groups. Results There were 30 and 29 effective cases in the treatment group and control group respectively, with no significant difference between groups （P^0.05）. The scores of physiology, emotion, independence, overall health status and QOL were significantly improved in the treatment group after treatment （P^0.05）. The scores of independence, overall health status and QOL were significantly improved in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. The scores of physiology, emotion, overall health status and QOL in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, patients in the treatment group experienced nausea （or vomiting）, fatigue, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal distension, abnormal liver function or bone marrow suppression. The patients in the control group experienced nausea （or vomiting）, fatigue, dizziness, rash, abnormal liver （function or bone marrow suppression. There were significant differences between groups in nausea （or vomiting） and fatigue （P^0.05）, but with no significant difference between groups in other symptoms （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Shenling Fuzheng Capsule combined with HAART can improve QOL and reduce the incidence of nausea （or vomiting） and fatigue in HIV/AIDS patients.
