摘要 维生素E是一种脂溶性维生素,具有很强的抗氧化作用,是人体非常重要的阻断自由基链式反应的抗氧化剂,对细胞膜有稳定和保护作用,在人体正常新陈代谢中具有不可或缺的作用.维生素E通过影响炎症因子,调节细胞信号转导,在抑制炎症反应、抗自由基、抗衰老、抗癌变过程中发挥了重要作用.维生素E已广泛用于治疗多种皮肤病,包括光老化、皮肤肿瘤、炎症性皮肤病、结缔组织病、病毒性皮肤病以及疱病等.本文复习文献,综述维生素E系统治疗在皮肤科的临床应用. Vitamin E is an essential lipid - soluble vitamin. It is important in normal metabolism. As an antioxidant vitamin E can prevent lipid peroxidation in the cellular membrane. It also has properties of anti - inflanmmatory, scanvaging radicals, anti - aging and anti - cancer by influencing inflammatory factors and adjusting cell signaling transduction. Therefore vitamin E is widely used in the treatment of various skin diseases, including pbotoaging, skin cancer, inflammatory dermatoses, connective tissue diseases, viral dermatoses and blister disease. This paper reviews the clinical application of vitamin E in dermatology.
