摘要
目的:观察针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐组与常规针刺组,在治疗1周、2周时进行临床疗效和疼痛程度评定,并进行对照分析。结果:针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐组的临床疗效及疼痛程度评定均优于常规针刺组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective： To observe acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods： Sixty cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into acupuncture of Jiaji points combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping group with the routine acupuncture group,in the course of treatment after one week two and after two weeks for clinical efficacy and the degree of pain assessment,and the comparative analysis.Results： Acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping had a better curative effect and the degree of pain assessment was better than that of conventional acupuncture,and there was a significant difference（P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusion： Acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and it is worth clinical application and popularization value.
