摘要
本实验以大棚和温室栽培的蕨菜为试材 ,探讨了蕨菜从出苗期至孢子产生期的酶谱情况 ,结果表明 ,不同器官在不同生育期的酶谱是不相同的。从出苗期至孢子产生期酶带数逐渐减少 ,酶活性逐渐降低。根状茎和羽叶显示的谱带数比其它器官多 ,且羽叶谱带特征明显 ,这种差异在不同栽培条件下是相同的。综合观察 。
The zymogram patterns observed in different organs from seedling to spore appearing stage of Pteridiun aguilium var.latiusculum in different culture types were dealt with.The results showed that patterns of SOD isozyme varied with different organs at different periods of the plant.From seedling to spore appearing stage,isozyme band and isozyme activity gradually decreased.There were more isozyme bands in rhizome and leaf than in other organs,and zymogram pattern feature of leaf were appearing clearly.In different culture types,the change trend of different organs at different periods was the same.The suitable stage and organ to be sampled were seedling and leaf.
