摘要
近年来学术界对工商管理的研究日益增多,案例研究方法成为工商管理研究的重要方法。通过手工搜集和借助计算机软件,本文对13种管理学研究期刊发表的1 162篇工商管理案例文章关键词的词频进行统计分析,讨论了我国工商管理案例的研究现状和发展动向。指出结合我国独特的政治、经济和社会背景与企业管理改革的实践发展,是开展我国工商管理案例研究的必由之路。应该科学地把握与理解案例研究的理论、体系与方法,以提升管理新理论与新方法。
In recent years, business administration has become a hot issue in the academic world. Case study method is often used as an important method in business administration studies. This paper collects data, with the aid of computer softwares, from 1,162 articles on business adminis- tration case in 13 management research journals. Based on the key word frequency statistics, this paper discusses the status quo and development trend of business administration case study in China. It then advocates that the only valid way of conducting business administration case study in China is to see the practice and development of management reform in the unique political, eco- nomic, and social backgrounds of China. It also proposes that case study theories, systems and methods should be grasped and understood scientifically so as to promote the development of new theories and research methods.
