摘要
随着金融行业对人才不断提出新的要求,高职金融专业必须适应当前金融行业的变化。本文在分析金融行业对高职人才需求的基础上,提出以培养高端技能型专门人才为己任的高职金融专业应在培养目标、培养模式、课程结构、实践教学和教学考核等方面进行教学改革,以满足市场对人才的需求。
With the new requirement of the financial industry for talents,finance specialty in vocational colleges must adapt to the current changes in the financial industry.Based on the analysis of the requirement of the financial industry for vocational students,the paper proposes that the finance specialty which shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-skilled professionals should conduct reforms in such aspects as the training objectives,the training mode,the curriculum structure,the practice teaching and the teaching assessment in order to meet the need of the market for talents.
