磁共振与关节镜诊断膝关节韧带损伤的临床对比研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨磁共振与关节镜诊断膝关节韧带损伤上的价值,以便更好地诊治韧带损伤。方法回顾性分析2010年11月至2013年2月宝鸡市中医医院的45例膝关节韧带损伤患者,分别予以磁共振和关节镜检查,分析其在诊断上的情况。结果磁共振在诊断前交叉韧带、后交叉韧带、膝内侧副韧带、膝外侧副韧带的假阳性率分别为6.9%、9.1%、4.8%、5.9%。磁共振在膝关节韧带损伤的灵敏度、特异度、符合率分别为100%、95.3%、97.2%。结论磁共振对膝关节韧带损伤有确切的临床应用价值,且可作为关节镜检查的筛选检查,可指导关节镜在临床上的应用。 Objective To study the MRI and arthroscopy in the diagnosis of knee ligament damage, in order to implement better diagnosis and therapy. Methods A retrospective analysis on 45 cases of patients with knee ligament damage from Baoji TCM Hospital in November 2010-February 2010 was done,they were given MRI and arthroscopy,respectively,and the diagnosis was analyzed. Results The false positive diagnosis of anterior crueiate ligament(ACL) ,medial cruciate ligament(MCL) ,lateral collateral [igament(LCL) by MRI was 6.9% ,9. 1% ,4.8% and 5.9% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, comptiance rate of knee ligament injury were 100% ,95.3% ,97.2%. Conclusion MRI has the exact clinical application value of knee ligament injury, and can be used as screening for arthroscopy inspection, to guide the arthroscopy clinical application.
