摘要
建设创新型国家和以创业带动就业是我国面向未来的重大发展战略,建设创新型国家需要大力培养创新创业型人才。文章通过研究发现传统人才培养质量的评价模式不利于创新创业型人才培养,在分析探讨创新创业型人才素质结构的基础上,从评价原则、评价目标、评价主体、评价指标、评价方式五个方面对创新创业型人才培养质量评价体系提出合理设想。
This is a significant development strategy that looking into the future we constructs innovative country and promote employment by entrepreneurship because a innovative country needs innovative talents. According to our research, we find that the traditional evaluation system of personnel training quality is not beneficial for innovative and entrepreneurial talents. On the basis of analyzing the quality composition of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, we design the reasonable evaluation system from five such aspects as evaluation principle, evaluation goal ,evaluation subject ,evaluation norm, evaluation way.
