摘要
目的探讨应用扩张皮瓣组织修复面部软组织缺损的方法。方法自2000—2011年应用扩张皮瓣修复面部软组织缺损共134例，其中颈前皮瓣23例，眼轮匝肌皮瓣14例，上臂内侧皮瓣34例，颞浅血管预构颈部皮瓣26例，颏血管皮瓣14例，面部皮瓣23例。结果全部病例面部缺损得以修复，2例有皮瓣下积血，4例皮瓣发生远侧血运障碍，4例皮瓣远端表皮坏死，78例皮瓣移转后切口瘢痕增生，二次手术改善。结论对于面部软组织缺损的修复，正确选择供区极为重要，应用扩张器技术为修复面部软组织缺损、关闭供区创面提供了很好的空间。
Objective To explore the optimal method for the repair of facial soft tissue defects with ex- panded flaps. Methods Since 2000 to 2011, totally 134 cases with facial soft tissue defects were repaired u- sing expanded flaps, including 23 cases anterior cervical flaps, 14 orbicularis muscle flaps, 34 upper arm flaps, 26 cervical flaps with superficial temporal vessels, and 14 submental vessels flaps. Results All cases are repaired with the expanded flaps. Two cases of them had the hematoma, 4 flaps in the end have blood circu- lation disorder, 78 cases had scar hyperplasia, and 4 cases had the epidermal necrosis in the far-end of flaps. Conclusion To repair the defects of facial soft tissue, choosing right method is very important. Using expand- ed flaps is a good technique for repairing defects and closing the supply area.
