摘要 介绍大唐彬长电厂#1机凝泵变频技术改造,根据凝泵变频器的特点对除氧器水位控制进行了完善和改进。现场实际应用表明,改造后的凝泵全变频器控制能更有效地降低凝泵的耗电量,减小阻力损失,降低企业生产成本。凝泵变频器跳闸后,除氧器水位调节阀能很好地自动投入并配合凝泵工频一起对除氧器水位进行控制。同时,也对用变频和除氧器水位调节阀共同控制除氧器水位带来的低流量管道振动问题,进行了有效的治理。 How to refine the control condensate pump using transducer in # 1 unit of Datang Binchang power generation Co., Ltd is stated. Based on the characteristic of condensate pump transducer and two relay valves of deaerator, we improve the strategy of water level control in the deaerator. The real performance indicates that the improved condensate pump transducer can reduce the power consumption, decrease the loss in resistance and lower down the cost of production. And when the condensate pump cut down, the relay valves of deaerator can control the water level with common frequency condensate pump of deaerator very well. At the same time, for the problem of vibration in lowness flow that control water level of deaerator in both.
