摘要
介绍某600 MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的情况,燃烧调整试验表明:配风方式可以消除煤粉刷墙,但无法根本改善炉内强还原性气氛。从燃烧系统改造探讨了预防高温腐蚀的措施,通过加装贴壁风和HT-NR3燃烧器局部改造,减少水冷壁贴壁和炉内整体还原性气氛,为对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙水冷壁高温腐蚀问题的解决提供参考。
Characteristics of high temperature corrosion of supercritical opposed firing boiler water wall in a 600MW unit is introduced. Adjustment in combustion condition show that secondary air distribution can eliminate coal powder wash, but not fundamentally improved deoxidation atmosphere in the furnace. This article discuss the preventive measures on high temperature corrosion by retrofit of combustion system, through the installation of closing to wall air and HT-NR3 burner local retrofit, which reducing deoxidation atmosphere near by water wall and furnace, and provides the reference to prevent the water wall from high temperature corrosion on opposed firing boiler.
