经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术疗效观察与护理 被引量：14

摘要 目的观察经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的疗效并总结护理经验。方法筛选2012年3月～2013年3月于我院行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的80例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组:行常规腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术;观察组:行经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术,比较两组患者围手术期治疗效果并总结护理经验。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05),术前准备时间及出血量与对照组比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05);两组腹腔引流量、排气时间、住院时间差异无显著意义(P>0.05),观察组疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,而患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术安全微创、疼痛轻,做好围手术期护理,有助于建立良好的护患关系。
