采用常温电化学试验对水冷壁管材料20G在含有Cl^-和SO_4^(2+)的模拟平衡磷酸盐水工况溶液中的常温电化学性能进行了研究。结果表明,常温下Cl~和SO_4^(2+)都是侵蚀性阴离子,对20G电极材料有侵蚀性,能促进材料的溶解;增加两种离子的浓度都能加速材料的腐蚀;两种离子同时存在溶液中时,在材料表面有竞争吸附作用。
In order to investigate the corrosion behavior of water-wall tube material 20G in equilibrium phosphate treatment (EFT) solutions containing Cl- and SO42- ions, a series of electrochemical experiments were carried out to analyze the room-temperature electrochemical properties ot 20G in simulated EPT solutions. The electrochemical parameters of corrosion potential (Ecorr), corrosion current density (Jcorr) and AC impedance (Rp) were used to compare the corrosion resistances of the material. The results show that, at room temperature, Cl- and SO42 - ions are aggressive anions attacking 20G electrode material and promoting its dissolution. Increasing the concentrations of the two ions can accelerate the corrosion of the material. There is competitive adsorption between the two ions on the material surface when they both exist in the solution.
