经桡动脉径路行冠状动脉造影的可行性和安全性

摘要 随着冠状动脉造影(CAG)的推广和应用,越来越多主诉胸闷、胸痛疑诊断为冠状动脉性心脏病的患者正在或即将接受该项有创检查,并可能需要行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)或冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)。经股动脉径路仍不失为经典的途径,但目前更多的心内科医师选择经桡动脉径路来完成CAG或PCI,手术更微创,并发症更少术后患者康复更迅速[1-5]。
