摘要 电机转子位置的精确定位是永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制中的关键问题之一。介绍了PMSM转子位置检测技术的工作原理、实现方法、特点及适用场合。有传感器位置检测技术需要一定的空间位置,增加了系统成本和复杂性,降低了可靠性和抗干扰能力。反电动势无传感器检测技术计算简单、控制有效,但无法估计出转子的初始位置。高频信号注入检测技术的转子位置与转速无关。智能检测技术在高、低速情况下都能很好地估计出转子位置,并具有良好的动态响应和调节能力。 The precise positioning of rotor position was a key issue in permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM ) control. Working principles, implementation methods, characteristics and applications of different rotor position detection technologies were introduced. The rotor position detection technology with sensor required the spatial location, increasing the cost and complexity, and reducing the reliability and anti- interference ability. The calculation was simple and the control was effective for counter electromotive force detection technology, but the oritial rotor position could't be estimated. The rotor position of high-frequency signal injection detection technology was independent on the rotating speed of rotor. The intelligent detection technology could estimate the rotor position in condition of high-and low-speed, and it had a better dynamic response and adjustment ability.
