摘要
目前,社区医院检验工作逐渐受到重视,得到了前所未有的发展,检验科已配备了血液分析仪、生化分析仪、电解质分析仪、血凝仪等。虽然仪器设备有了提高,工作人员的服务理念,相应规章制度和质量管理意识还停留在手工操作时代,急需加强规范管理的问题也随之突显。
Under the attention of community hospital, clinical laboratory’s work has been an unprecedented development in recent years. The laboratory has equipped many apparatus, such as automated hematology analyzer, biochemical analyzer, electrolyte analyzer and blood coagulation analyzer. Although the equipments have been improved, staff of the service concept, regulations and quality awareness is still stuck in the era of hand-operated. The issues of urgent need to strengthen standardized managements are also highlighted.
