基于数控机床载荷损耗特性的能耗在线监测方法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 机床运行过程会消耗大量的能量,机床运行能耗监测是减少机床运行能耗的关键技术之一。提出一种基于机床载荷损耗特性的运行能耗在线监测方法,对机床运行能耗实施在线监测。构建了机床各部件能耗模型,将机床能耗分为固定能耗和可变能耗,其中固定能耗事先测量出来存入数据库;然后通过实时测量机床主轴输入功率和切削功率辨识出机床载荷损耗特性函数,进一步结合功率平衡方程和附加载荷损耗特性函数来估计切削功率值,从而获得机床可变能耗。在数控机床CJK6136上进行了验证实验和案例研究,表明了该方法的有效性。 It is an important step for reducing the energy consumption of machine tools in the operation to on-fine monitor the en- ergy. An on-line monitoring approach based on characteristic of additional load loss of the spindle system of machine tool was proposed to monitor the consumed energy in the operation process. The energy consumption model of machine tools was established in which the consumed energy was divided into variable energy and constant energy that can be measured and store in database in advance; then, the additional power loss characteristic function was obtained using the measured input power and cutting power. Further more, the variable energy consumption was obtained from the estimated cutting power using the power balance equation and the additional power loss function identified in advance. The verified experiments and case study were conducted on the CNC lathe CJK6136. The experi- mental results show the effectiveness of the method.
