《中医护理学基础》教学中运用客观结构化临床考试模式对护生学习方式的影响 被引量:8

Influence of Objective Structured Clinical Examination in Course Reform of Fundamental Nursing of TCM on Learning Style of Nursing Students

摘要 目的评价运用客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)进行《中医护理学基础》课程改革对护生学习方式的影响。方法在某校2011级必修《中医护理学基础》课程的2个护理大专班中随机抽取1个班作为实验班,用OSCE模式作为其教学、考核方法;另一个班作为对照班,教学方法以课堂讲授与操作技能指导为主,并沿用传统的笔试与操作考试的考核方法。在课程开课和考核完毕后采用修订版学习过程问卷评价护生自主学习情况。结果开课时,实验班深、浅层学习方式分别为(32.59±5.44)分、(21.86±6.83)分,对照班深、浅层学习方式分别为(33.80±5.55)分、(19.85±4.90)分;结课时,实验班深、浅层学习方式分别为(34.34±5.75)分、(20.77±4.59)分,对照班深、浅层学习方式分别为(34.30±7.19)分、(22.50±6.33)分,深层学习方式得分均小于35分,浅层学习方式得分基本都大于20分,提示2个班的大专护生以浅层学习方式为主。与开课时相比,实验班深层学习方式倾向与深层动机得分均值明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照班浅层策略得分均值明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将OSCE模式引入课程教学与考核中,能促进护生深层次的学习。以OSCE思想精髓为指导的教学、考核一体化模式,应是护理教育今后研究的重要方向。 Objective To evaluate the influence of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in course reform of Fundamental Nursing of TCM on learning style of nursing students. Methods Two classes of nursing college students in which Fundamental Nursing of TCM was taken as a compulsory course were divided into experiment class and control class. In experiment class, OSCE was applied as teaching and evaluation method while in control class, traditional teaching method was applied. The Study Process Questionnaire(SPQ) (revised version) was used to investigate nursing students' automonous learning ability before and after the course. Results Before the course, the scores of deep learning and surface learning in experiment class were 32.59±5.44 and 21.86±6.83 respectively and those in control class 33.80±5.55 and 19.85±4.90 respectively while after the course, 'the scores of deep learning and surface learning in experiment class were 34.34±5.75 and 20.77±4.59 respectively and those in control class 34.30±7.19 and 22.50± 6.33 respectively, which indicated that stndents principally finished their study by surface learning. After the course, there was significantly higher average scores of deep learning tendency and deep motive in experiment group, which showed statistical significance (P〈0.05) and in control group, the average score of surface learning strategy was improved greatly, which was of statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion With OSCE, nursing students' deep learning is improved, which indicates that teaching guided by OSCE should be attached great importance in nursing education.
