摘要
成品物流自动输送系统上的烟箱在进入提升机等节点设备工位易出现卡烟箱现象.设计了一种输送线烟箱分隔装置,对机械装置中的驱动方式、横档材料以及横档结构进行了优化设计,采用检测定位、PLC技术实现电气控制设计,最终使进入提升机的件烟箱保持一定合理间距.经实际应用,改进前平均每月卡烟箱5~6次,改进后完全杜绝了卡烟箱现象,提高了设备运行效率.
It is likely for the automatic transmission system to have the cigarette box struck problem when the finished tobacco packages enter the hoist node device.A kind of separation device for transporting the tobacco boxes is designed,in which the drive mode,rail materials and structure are optimized.By way of position detecting and PLC technique,the automatic electric control is achieved,and finally a reasonable distance between tobacco boxes are kept accordingly.Test shows that the phenomenon of box stuck problem is absolutely eradicated after this improvement of design,so as to enhance the efficiency of equipment operation.
