摘要
永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制系统,通过测量定子侧电流和端电压计算出转子位置,替代了传统的机械位置传感器,不仅降低了成本,而且提高了控制精度和可靠性。本文详细介绍了几种典型的检测永磁同步电机转子位置的控制算法,详细分析了这几种算法的适用范围以及他们的优缺点,并进一步阐述了现阶段在这几种算法基础上的改进算法以及算法之间的结合,充分发挥各自的优点,取长补短,以其达到更好的控制效果,最后展望了无位置传感器控制算法的发展趋势。
Sensorless control system of PMSM calculates the rotor position by measuring the stator current and voltage. It replaced the traditional mechanical position sensors, which not only reduces costs, but also improves the control accuracy and reliability. This paper described several typical control algorithms detec- ting rotor position of PMSM and analyzed the applicable scope of these types of algorithms, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. It elaborated the improved algorithms and their combination algorithms at the present stage, so that the algorithms gave full play to their respective advantages and learn from each other to achieve better control effect. Finally it prospected the development trends of sensorless control algorithms.
