摘要
本文研究了系列化相似无刷直流电机软起动控制参数算法问题。软起动初始电压和斜坡电压斜率是影响无刷电机起动过程的主要控制变量,通过研究无刷直流电机本体参数与软起动控制参数之间的关系,推导出几何相似电机软起动控制参数算法。仿真结果表明,采用本文推导的软起动控制参数算法能实现相似电机起动电流波形相似、峰值与额定电流比值相同,从而有效抑制电流冲击,实现电机快速起动。
The algorithm of control parameters in soft starting process for a series of similar BLDCM was researched. Initial voltage and slope of the ramp voltage are the main control variables that affect the BLDCM starting process, and calculation method in geometrically similar BLDCM was obtained by analyzing their relationship with BLDCM parameters. Results of simulation demonstrated that starting current waveform of geometrically similar BLDCM was similar to that of the known BLDCM and the ratio of current peak and rated current was unchanged, which was effective to inhibit impact current and realize motor starting immediately, but also verified the feasibility of algorithm in this paper.
