摘要
文章根据1971—2010年的灾情数据,利用作物异常指数、小波分析等方法对东北地区农业旱灾规律进行分析和预测,发现东北旱灾整体呈现波动上升趋势,未来8—10年将是旱灾频率的相对减弱期。
Based on the disaster data from 1971 to 2010, the paper analyzes and forecasts the agricultural drought evolution in Northeast China by using the methods of the crop abnormal index and the wavelet analysis, and finds that the drought in the Northeast, as a whole, appears the fluctuation increased trend. The next 8 to 10years would be the relative reduced period of the frequency of drought.
