摘要
通过对碳纤维镀铜的主要方法(电镀、化学镀、PVD和置换镀)进行总结归纳,对镀铜碳纤维的性能及应用进行分析与比较。讨论了不同镀铜方法的优缺点,提出现有镀铜过程中存在的问题。
The main methods of depositing copper on carbon fiber at present （electroless deposition, electroplating, PVD and cementation process） were summarized. The performance and application of the copper plating carbon fiber were analyzed and compared. Based on the discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of different copper plating methods, the problems existing copper plating processes were put forward.
