摘要 介绍了55Si2Mn合金弹簧钢带的作用、性能和在加工中存在的问题及加工工艺、解决方法。经过实践验证,使用该方法热处理的55Si2Mn合金钢带,可以直接通过冷拔弹簧钢丝方式冷卷成形,无需再进行低温回火工序。 The function and performances of the 55Si2Mn alloy spring steel strips, as well as problems occurring in the process were introduced. The technology of heat treatment and the problem solving techniques were also introduced. The practices prove that, the 55Si2Mn alloy steel strips can be made directly into springs through the way of roiling at low temperature, without having to go through the low temperature back process.
