摘要
PLC在工业设备的控制系统中应用越来越广泛,其模拟量模块输出的标准直流电压信号(0~10 V,0~5 V)、电流信号(0~20 mA,4~20 mA)是很多执行机构如伺服电机、电磁阀、球阀等的驱动信号,稳定的驱动信号是执行机构可靠运行的保证。而大多数多路模拟量输出模块,各路信号负端是连在一起的公共端,在驱动多路执行机构时,该点成为各执行机构的公共节点,通过该节点,各执行机构之间会形成环路间电流,导致执行机构之间相互影响。主要浅析通过直流隔离器件ISO124P解决共负端多路模拟量输出模块引起的互扰问题。
PLC is popular for a lot of equipment in industry field. The standard signal such as 0-10 V, 0-5 V, 0-20 mA, and 4-20 mA from its analog output module is the reference signal for most load including DC Servo motor, electric valve and ball valve etc. The stable and reliable reference signal is important for the load normal running. For the most analog output module with 8 or 4 channels, the negative side of each channel is put together which makes all loads connect at this corn too. There is current dislocation between each load control loop which makes some loads in disorder. This paper analyses how to use isolation device ISOI24P to avoid the influence between different loads because of the analog output module with same negative side.
