集束化护理在II型呼吸衰竭患者脱机后应用的临床观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨II型呼吸衰竭患者撤除呼吸机、拔出气管插管后应用集束化护理方法和效果观察。方法选择机械通气治疗患者32例,均由RICU(呼吸重症监护室)转入呼吸内科,按转入科室顺序分为观察组和对照组。均行常规平喘、化痰、吸氧对症治疗。观察组实施集束化护理方案,由主管医生、护士长和责任护士成立集束化护理小组,评估患者情况,制定集束化护理方案。对照组按照呼吸内科护理常规进行护理。结果转入科室第72小时的血气分析比较,观察组与对照组PaO2差异无显著性,观察组PaCO2、PA-aDO2(脉泡动脉氧分压)低于对照组,其差异有显著性。结论采用集束化护理方案可有效减少有创通气治疗拔管后的不良反应,明显降低感染率。气管插管复插率,减少了住院天数。
