凶险型前置胎盘围手术期管理 被引量：17

摘要 前置胎盘是指妊娠28周后胎盘附着于子宫下段，胎盘下缘达到或覆盖宫颈内口。由于前置胎盘附着于缺少肌纤维的子宫下段，如果有子宫体部手术史或合并子宫内膜损伤，可增加并发胎盘植入的风险。
